Documenting Design
About
I explored several platforms while trying to find the best fit for collaborative knowledge-sharing and documentation. At first, I looked into Docussaurus because I liked the idea of combining documentation with discussions, but I found it a bit too complex for what I needed. Then, I tried Mastodon, attracted by its decentralized, federated model and the openness of the community. While it’s a great platform, it didn’t offer the structured tools I needed for focused documentation work. In the end, I decided to go with GitBook. Its clean interface and straightforward workflow just made everything easier, letting me organize and create content efficiently without unnecessary hurdles. It was the perfect balance between simplicity and functionality for my projects.
